Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the NFriends FileSystem Repo Server (the "Service") operated by NFriends ("Us", "We", "Our"). By using services created for us, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

NFriends is an independent organization providing software products and project support. NFriends is not affiliated with Microsoft, Atlassian, or any other company. NFriends Repository File System Server ("RFS Server") and the PowerShell Modules ("NFriends Modules") - together "RFS Services" - are products of NFriends. All rights reserved.

If the owner makes material changes to these Terms, we will post a notice in the official NFriends website, on our site before the changes are effective. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

1. You must have a valid license from NFriends to use this Service on a production environment. You may not use the Service for any purpose other than evaluation, testing or development without a license.
2. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, NFriends, or any other NFriends service.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and specifically your API token(s). We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Furthermore, you understand that you may access the service by connecting from within the PowerShell modules or other APIs. Any use of the integration is bound by these Terms of Service:

1. You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
2. Abuse or excessively frequent requests to the API by modifying the integration code for your own use may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the integration.
3. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to the integration (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
4. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the integration code or concepts without express written permission from us. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
5. We do not warrant that:
   1. the service will meet your specific requirements,
   2. the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free,
   3. the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable,
   4. the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and
   5. any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Violation of any of the above stated terms can, and most likely will, result in the termination of your account and/or license. As the user, you agree to use the Service at your own risk and free NFriends, it's developer(s) and/or team members, free of any fault.
