NFriends and it's team take your privacy very seriously. Because this app can use the Azure DevOps and Jira APIs, any information you provide in the application during the Authorization process will be only used to generate your API credentials.

Information RFS Services collects

RFS Services consists of two entities, the RFS Services modules hereinafter referred to as modules, and the RFS Services server hereinafter referred to as server.

The server can store following personal information:

1. Username
2. Full Name (first name and last name)
3. Email Address
4. Phone Number

The server collects data of synchronized work items / issues. All fields of the work items / issues are collected, including attachments, comments, and history.

Why RFS Services collects data

The server can send emails (via external SMTP service) to the users, for authentication and notification purposes. The server provides synchronized work items / issues to the connected services (Azure DevOps / Jira).

Sharing your information

NFriends does not share data to any 3rd party entities, or to the server on it's own.

With the customizability of the services, a user may, under their own guise, access their data in any manner they wish, and use it in any manner they wish. None of the privacy related data is shared by default. NFriends is not responsible for any data that is shared by the user.
